This month, I feel like I didn’t get a lot of completions on my hobby stuff, but I have been staging and getting some stuff done, so let’s go through it.
On the first of Feb, I finished one of my Five Parsecs From Home characters, a Cadian with a not-M60, and I honestly feel pretty good about it, even though speed paints just don’t hit the same quality threshold as layers, and in my case, take almost as long.

Next, the Great Dwarfening happened, and I made a post about that. The Kharadron Overlords have consumed most of my hobby time this month, and I finally finished one. The Endrinmistress is here to lead a hearty band of Duardin. I had a harder time with this model than I expected to. Tons of fiddly details and a flight stand that really sucked to glue up, and ended up solidifying at a wonky angle. It’s fine, but I have a plan for the next one (of course I have another one of these) so I won’t need to use the janky flight stand again.

Lastly, I got a real hankering for some model cars, so those might be getting built in between Dwarves and space marines and whatever else, though the workflow on one of these kits is a lot different than a wargaming miniature. Painting between assembly steps? It’ll take some getting used to.

At any rate, I think that’s all the main hobby stuff I have done last month. The Horrors persist, so I have to do something to keep distracted. Have a good one y’all
