Another month has gone by! This last month has been pretty busy on the hobby front, I’ve been playing in a Crusade league with the new Custodes battleforce box! A big portion of April’s hobby has been taken up by assembling those models and making basing for them with my 3D printer.
The crusade has been going middlingly. Two games in so far, but I’m starting to level up my grey golden warriors. I will probably post my list at the end of the crusade, since I bought the Custodes as an intro into the Horus Heresy game and I don’t have much of a community for that game yet, so after this 40k Crusade they’ll go to the back burner…. For my imperial guard! I have all but the new battalion box that’s coming out this weekend assembled. A bunch of assorted Kill Teams and a few other random infantry units, a couple Leman Russ tanks, and a couple other bits and bobs. I’m going to turn it into my main army for Warhammer 40k 11th edition, and I’m very excited about it.
Over the last month I have been making steady progress!

I also played some Marvel Crisis Protocol and Star Wars Legion this last month, as part of my decision to try to play at least one game every weekend.
And one more bit of stuff, my crusade games! Courageous Shield Captain Khataryna Constor D’essa leads her Blinding Shield Host against the foul Ork WAAAGH! and took down about half their numbers before running out of time to save the irreplaceable relics of the Imperium but, the Custodes always learn something from their battles. After their sound defeat vs the Tyranid menace one planet earlier, the fact some of them survived is heartening progress.
